Ali Tools Express is free to use, with no sign-up and no paywall. This page explains how the site is paid for and how we keep money separate from our content.
Our income today
At the time of writing, the site shows no advertising and earns no income. It is built and run by Ali Ahmed and paid for out of pocket.
Advertising (planned)
We plan to show ads through Google AdSense to cover hosting and development. When ads are switched on:
- Ads are clearly separated from the tools and the text, and they are never placed inside a calculator, its inputs or its results.
- Finance, accounting and health pages show fewer ads than other pages.
- Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent before personalised advertising cookies are used. Details are in our cookie policy and privacy policy.
- We will update this page and the date above on the day ads go live.
What money never changes
- Formulas and results. Calculators use published formulas and official figures, tested against reference values. No advertiser, lender or partner can change how a result is worked out.
- Editorial choices. Which tools we build, which sources we cite and what our guides say are decided by us. Advertisers do not see or approve content before it is published.
- Reviews. Finance, accounting and health pages are checked by a named reviewer. Reviewers are not paid by advertisers or by any company we mention.
Affiliate links and sponsorships
We do not currently use affiliate links or publish sponsored content. If that changes, every affiliate link or sponsored page will be labelled where it appears, and this page will be updated first.
